Italian Food is enjoyed by most people who eat it. From small children to older people, everybody mostly love Italian Food with it’s rich, flavorful but simple tastes. There is much more to the world of Italian cooking than Pizza, Pasta and Spaghetti. Breads, Pasta and food preparation techniques differ from region to region. Southern regions of Italy have hard boiled spaghetti, Northern part love their soft egg noodles. Bologna has an interesting history of their Tortellini, Milan became famous for their Rissotto, Naples is known for their Pizza. There is also the Tuscan Beef from the North. Apart from all the foreign influences, all the regions in Italy still carry their own traditions in cooking that reflects their deep history, culture, and diversity of their lovely Food.
