Award-winning chef Roma Mukherjee Melrose, brings your special event, the traditional foods you love or exotic flavors from around the world!

Roma Mukherjee Melrose moved to Boulder Colorado, from Kolkata, India in 1988.

Roma has taught cooking classes for over 20 years. She was an instructor chef for the Cooking School of the Rockies in Boulder. She has also taught at The Cooking School of Aspen, The Seasoned Chef in Denver, “What’s Cooking” in Lafayette and Naropa University, Boulder.

Roma has also owned an award-winning restaurant.

At present, she is giving demonstration cooking classes, developing a cookbook and running “Royal Bengal Kitchen Catering”.

Menus: We have the most wide range of menus. You name the Country, we do the Food. You can go by our Menus or make up your own. We will do it all.
